Run, don't walk away from this place. Nobody knows what anyone else in the place is doing. Went in for a cleaning and to have a filling they did repaired that wasn't even a year old. Dr Cho was gone. Got the cleaning then a Dr I've never seen came in, held up x-rays to the ceiling light, and only spoke to the assistant, not me, using acronyms I didn't understand. Said the filing could be fixed. While scheduling the filling repair I was asked repeatedly if I wanted to also schedule some other crowns. I said "No," repeatedly. After I left I got a call couple hours later saying they couldn't fix the filling without resubmitting to insurance because there was decay -- so additional cost for me for their previous shoddy work. Why wasn't this discussed when I was there? Showed up for the filling repair and another new Dr I've never seen came in, not the last guy, looked at filling, and suggested it needed a crown, he wasn't comfortable that it would last. I had some trust in the conversation, and other crowns before, and agreed. When making the appointment for the crown prep they repeatedly asked about doing other crown work. I said, "No," repeatedly. Let's just fix the one tooth. Came back for the crown prep appointment and while in the waiting area lady behind desk asked if I wanted to also go ahead and prep for the other crowns. I said, "No." Before going back they had me sign papers authorizing the work to be done: ONE CROWN. When I was in the chair the assistant came in, and took TWO molds in different parts of my mouth...yes, for the one crown. She then proceeded to numb the wrong and exact opposite side and area of my mouth away from the tooth that needed the crown. I asked why was she numbing a totally different area and she said she took two molds...for more than one tooth. This after I signed papers minutes ago to only do the one tooth. I stood up and walked out.

Everyone is so nice here. The add on spa-like services made getting my teeth cleaned a little less stressful. I have not had such a pleasant experience at the dentist.

I had a great experience with the owner and dental hygienist Monica Wenzel. I enjoyed the massage which included face, head, and back neck. The eye patch mask was cool and relaxing. Teeth cleaning was gentle, and I was provided with good communication on the next procedure I would receive. I have never had such a pleasant dental visit before.

Monica and Frances are wonderful. I was greeted kindly and enthusiastically. They offer a spa-like menu of options for your visit including a massage, which was amazing, relaxing essential oils, a pillow and blanket, and more. I was the most relaxed I have ever been at the dentist. Monica cleaned my teeth and provided a calm soothing experience. Overall great experience!

We are so excited to have found dentopia. We've been looking for a new pediatric dentist and found everything that we've been looking for at other offices at dentopia. The office is very nice and the staff is fantastic. They are so friendly and so great with the kids who can be a little nervous at the dentist. They helped me figure out some insurance questions and I didn't have to sweat through the appointment wondering what I was going to owe at the end. Just a great experience. Cant recommend this office enough.
